1. What are the steps involved in the physical process?
Step 1:Go to your closest Walk In Urgent Care to complete the TB and Gonorrhea test.
Step 5: Bring all documentation from other sources that may contain vaccination history.
Step 3: You will receive a phone call with the Gonorrhea and TB quantiferon test results.
Step 4: Call 614-987-7537 to schedule a time to receive the immigration physical and additional tests and vaccinations.
Step 6: Attend Physical appointment, you will receive a sealed copy of the immigration paperwork for your attorney and a copy for yourself.

2. What are the charges associated with the testing and physical process?
This depends on the requirements based on your age. Please see the chart above, find your age and read down the column.
