rude and unfriendly workers. the front desk lady was kind of nice, but the nurse who came out was not. she didn’t ask a single thing that you’d expect “hey how are you?” “are you in pain?” “what’s going on?” she just started talking to me in a condescending tone and didn’t seem to actually care about anything. I immediately left after that conversation, went to a different urgent care and actually got help. I would not recommend going here. go to Toledo or Sandusky or somewhere they actually take you seriously.

writing this review to let people know how kind Jamie is! I know Jamie from coming through my job at 7 brew but also my often visits to urgent care for my constant ear infections. She always is so friendly and helpful when I need it the most.

Easy in and out
This place does not even deserve one star. They took $100 from me and never treated the issue at hand. I've been calling corporate for the past week and have been given the run around over and over. They are unprofessional and down right rude. Never go here unless you want to just throw money out the window.

Hello,

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this urgent care facility. While the FRONT DESK STAFF member was VERY helpful and courteous, my experience with AMBER, the provider seeing patients, was UNACCEPTABLE
AMBER WAS RUDE, dismissive, and unprofessional in her interactions. She appeared unwilling to listen or answer questions regarding the diagnosis given to my daughter a day before. When I came in a day later with my concerns. (Especially after the patient, my daughter, later received a different and correct diagnosis at a hospital)—Amber refused to reassess or consider that a mistake may have been made. Instead, she continued to repeat the original (and incorrect) diagnosis without consideration.
Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and properly cared for. Dismissing concerns, refusing to re-evaluate, and speaking to patients in a disrespectful manner—including calling someone a fool—is completely inappropriate and unacceptable in any healthcare setting.

There needs to be more people in the Healthcare Field that care and want to help.
AMBER is DEFINITELY NOT THAT PERSON. Maybe because some people look different then her. Everyone is not ignorant!

Please do better. Take lessons on how to talk to people professionally. You are the Nurse Practioner. Be professional. Everyone deserves to be heard and treated with respect. Including college kids and their parents.

Don't go here. Go to the hospital!!

A very concerned mom,

Saw Amber, she is amazing as always! I purposely will walk out and go somewhere else if she isn’t the doctor working. She’s so attentive, truly listens and makes sure she treats every issue you bring up to her! She’s wonderful everytime we see her!

I will not be coming back to this location! The website says they close at 8pm on Friday. When I got there, the sign said open! It appeared the doors were locked! I arrived at 6:40pm. You shouldn't advertise your open till 8pm, I wasted my gas assuming it was open! Horrible! Will not recommend or be back!!

I am a disabled veteran with type 1 diabetes. The VA was taking too long to send my long-acting insulin so I stopped in to get a prescription for Lantus to cover me due to the fact that I had run out. Don, who was the provider at the facility, stated that he could refill my prescription immediately. However, despite me showing him my prescription for Lantus Solostar Pens, he prescribed me a vial of insulin. He did not prescribe me a syringe or any needles, which I discovered after several hours. He called CVS pharmacy and prescribed syringes WITH NO NEEDLES, meaning that I still could not take the insulin. Keep in mind that I had not taken insulin at all that day, had a persistent headache, and a blood sugar over 200. I had to actually go back on-site to the urgent care and use one of their vaccine delivery syringes to finally take my insulin. This whole ordeal took 5 hours. Do not come here. Just go to the hospital or drive to a Toledo urgent care. Even if you drove to Columbus, I'm sure your medical needs would still be met faster than they would be at this location.

While visiting my wife’s family in Rudolph, our young family had to take my four year old to be evaluated for ear pain. What we observed was inattentive and unwelcoming staff. When we arrived, the healthcare provider was on a personal phone call and instead of attending and welcoming our mildly worried and distressed family, she maintained her personal phone call for 15-20 more minutes.

After we were taken back to the patient room, the same person took more than thirty minutes to evaluate our four year old son. He started to fall asleep in my wife’s arms at that time. When the healthcare provider came in, she barely asked any questions, looked in his ears with the scope, said his ears looked red, and wrote a script.

To be clear, this is what we needed for our son, but it was the bare minimum. So much of healthcare involves more than the bare minimum. It involves compassion for the patient and their family, which boils down to making them feel seen and heard. In sum, we didn’t feel like this at this facility. There is abundant information on how making a patient feel seen amounts to effective care in the profession. I am writing this in an effort to advise a different patient outlook and care at this facility.

Only thing good about this place they gave my kid antibiotics. You walk in the Dr who takes your information had sores on his arm uncovered. The nurse was obviously high on drugs. Could barely check my daughter out . Looked in her throat and ears and said it's an ear infection when we told her she might need tested for strep they looked and said it wasn't strep. Most unprofessional practice I've ever been too . My daughter was super uncomfortable. Lids were off the cotton swabs and they didn't change out the end piece to check her throat and nose . Pretty gross

We were in Tiffin visiting family and friends this week from South Carolina. Jaime and the staff at this location were attentive to my daughter who was experiencing pain and was feverish. They were able to talk her through her symptoms and completed only the necessary lab work to determine what she needed. Jaime was friendly and courteous. I appreciate the great care we received!
