This place does not even deserve one star. They took $100 from me and never treated the issue at hand. I've been calling corporate for the past week and have been given the run around over and over. They are unprofessional and down right rude. Never go here unless you want to just throw money out the window.

I was asked to provide my full Social Security number (written on a separate Post-it note, not part of the official paperwork) even after giving my driver’s license and insurance card. When I questioned why it was necessary, I was told “everyone gives that now” and my concerns were dismissed. I was not comfortable providing that information, and it was frustrating to feel ignored instead of having it properly explained. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Won’t be going back.

I will not be coming back to this location! The website says they close at 8pm on Friday. When I got there, the sign said open! It appeared the doors were locked! I arrived at 6:40pm. You shouldn't advertise your open till 8pm, I wasted my gas assuming it was open! Horrible! Will not recommend or be back!!

While visiting my wife’s family in Rudolph, our young family had to take my four year old to be evaluated for ear pain. What we observed was inattentive and unwelcoming staff. When we arrived, the healthcare provider was on a personal phone call and instead of attending and welcoming our mildly worried and distressed family, she maintained her personal phone call for 15-20 more minutes.
After we were taken back to the patient room, the same person took more than thirty minutes to evaluate our four year old son. He started to fall asleep in my wife’s arms at that time. When the healthcare provider came in, she barely asked any questions, looked in his ears with the scope, said his ears looked red, and wrote a script.
To be clear, this is what we needed for our son, but it was the bare minimum. So much of healthcare involves more than the bare minimum. It involves compassion for the patient and their family, which boils down to making them feel seen and heard. In sum, we didn’t feel like this at this facility. There is abundant information on how making a patient feel seen amounts to effective care in the profession. I am writing this in an effort to advise a different patient outlook and care at this facility.

Just stopped in for my son's sports eligibility physical and was quite impressed. They had us in and out quickly, with no wait at all. Our practitioner, Seth, was kind and lighthearted, making no-stress for my son and actually an enjoyable experience for him. This was definitely the only healthcare visit I have ever experienced through which I spent the majority laughing. This place was stellar!

Only thing good about this place they gave my kid antibiotics. You walk in the Dr who takes your information had sores on his arm uncovered. The nurse was obviously high on drugs. Could barely check my daughter out . Looked in her throat and ears and said it's an ear infection when we told her she might need tested for strep they looked and said it wasn't strep. Most unprofessional practice I've ever been too . My daughter was super uncomfortable. Lids were off the cotton swabs and they didn't change out the end piece to check her throat and nose . Pretty gross

I have gone to urgent care for years. And one Dr. stands out above all others. Her name is Lindsey Rosendale. Her bedside manor is impeccable. She truly listens to you and make you feel heard. Her compassion and concerns for your well-being is remarkable. I would truly follow her anywhere. I know Dr's see alot especially now days & can become a little numb & lose that compassion.. I truly feel this doctor has blessed this with a gift.
Common questions
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
You can walk in for primary care just like urgent care. That said, scheduling ahead guarantees your preferred provider and time slot — call us to set it up.
Will I see the same provider each time?
That’s the goal. When you choose a primary care provider at one of our clinics, we’ll do our best to schedule you with them consistently so they know your history.
Is primary care covered by my insurance?
Yes — most insurance plans cover annual wellness exams and preventive care at 100%. We accept 21 insurance plans. See the full list
Which location offers primary care?
Primary care will be available at one dedicated location — we’re finalizing the details now. Call us at (740) 375-9214 to get on the waitlist and be the first to know when we open.
Can I transfer my records from my current doctor?
Absolutely. We’ll help you request records from your previous provider so your new clinician has your full medical history from day one.
