Absolutely a joke anymore...last 3 times I was denied treatment cause they don't have the resources..then I tried to call multiple times with no answer...I took my grandson there for a cut on his finger...they couldn't help him for a that .they should shut this place down...lady at front desk who didn't answer was just plain out ignorant and rude..wouldn't recommend this place at all ...Its an absolute joke.. Definitely not like it used to be ..1 star is the lowest option.thats why I chose that or it would of been lower than that .

Went in for ear wax problem…. I have been here before for ear infection and the NP was very good then. So today the NP looked at my ear and said no infection, but waxy buildup. She would have the assistant lady help clear it. Ok, I thought, very good no problem. The assistant comes in and proceeds to clear my ear with a spray bottle of warm water and some wax remover….. she sprays it so hard i screamed in pain and begged her to stop the pain was excruciating. She then walks out and says I’ll get the NP to help you. This woman obviously had never done this procedure before…… I just put my hat on and left. I’m 71 years old and deserve better treatment than that. I will never go back.

My son had only been able to urinate slightly in more than 12 hours. Was. Completely didn't think it's an issue. Just because he didn't have tenderness. So was told to drink more water. But had just drank 10 cups of water & threw up several times. But still not a problem. No recommendations. Just an upper respiratory infection & dehydration. Just wow. And the Dr said he cared. I personally, find that extremely hard to believe

Easy in and out
This place does not even deserve one star. They took $100 from me and never treated the issue at hand. I've been calling corporate for the past week and have been given the run around over and over. They are unprofessional and down right rude. Never go here unless you want to just throw money out the window.

I went in last Friday, and the staff were wonderful! I'm not from the area and I read the reviews,Some of which were not good, but they were wrong.
I had an easy, quick intake. The receptionist was super sweet, the NP (i wish I could remember her name!) Was very kind. She cared about why I was there, took my issues seriously and provided meds to help. 10/10. If I ever need medical care in mansfield again, I'll be going here.
Edit- I went in on 2/13/26, very sick w/upper respiratory issues, but my experience was again 10/10 but I really want to take a moment and speak on the staff. I had an issue with my pharmacy. Not getting the prescription that urgent care sent over, and when I tell you everybody, I spoke to worked so hard to make sure that my prescription got to my pharmacy. I didn't get an attitude from anybody. They were so kind so accommodating, and you just do not find that anymore, at the Dr's, urgent care or hospital. I've had nothing but good experiences here. So, thank you so much to the staff, NP, and everyone who helped me today, get my meds. You're appreciated !!!!!!

I will not be coming back to this location! The website says they close at 8pm on Friday. When I got there, the sign said open! It appeared the doors were locked! I arrived at 6:40pm. You shouldn't advertise your open till 8pm, I wasted my gas assuming it was open! Horrible! Will not recommend or be back!!

I went to this urgent care for my two year old daughter to be seen this evening..who has had the flu, fever cough etc and mentioned multiple times concerns about her having pneumonia..with an adult size finger oximeter her oxygen read 93.. I mentioned checking her lungs which was done..when asking if I needed to remove her onsie to check her breathing Dr stated it wasn’t necessary..ended up being prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection.. the exam was not thorough..the dr did not look at her belly to see if it was retracting etc.. so many things I was thinking about and it didn’t hit me until I got home. I will be up all night monitoring my daughters breathing since I returned home with no peace of mind, and visiting Akron childrens in the morning. All of the workers were nice..just not very knowledgeable or thorough..I do not recommend taking a child or infant to this clinic unfortunately.

While visiting my wife’s family in Rudolph, our young family had to take my four year old to be evaluated for ear pain. What we observed was inattentive and unwelcoming staff. When we arrived, the healthcare provider was on a personal phone call and instead of attending and welcoming our mildly worried and distressed family, she maintained her personal phone call for 15-20 more minutes.

After we were taken back to the patient room, the same person took more than thirty minutes to evaluate our four year old son. He started to fall asleep in my wife’s arms at that time. When the healthcare provider came in, she barely asked any questions, looked in his ears with the scope, said his ears looked red, and wrote a script.

To be clear, this is what we needed for our son, but it was the bare minimum. So much of healthcare involves more than the bare minimum. It involves compassion for the patient and their family, which boils down to making them feel seen and heard. In sum, we didn’t feel like this at this facility. There is abundant information on how making a patient feel seen amounts to effective care in the profession. I am writing this in an effort to advise a different patient outlook and care at this facility.

Only thing good about this place they gave my kid antibiotics. You walk in the Dr who takes your information had sores on his arm uncovered. The nurse was obviously high on drugs. Could barely check my daughter out . Looked in her throat and ears and said it's an ear infection when we told her she might need tested for strep they looked and said it wasn't strep. Most unprofessional practice I've ever been too . My daughter was super uncomfortable. Lids were off the cotton swabs and they didn't change out the end piece to check her throat and nose . Pretty gross

I was seen by them around 9-10 am yesterday, as I couldn’t find many other places open on a Saturday for urgent tooth pain, I wasn’t sure what all they would do and was hoping for atleast one pain medication, but they went above and beyond! I was prescribed penicillin, lidocaine, steroids, and something else! I said thank you Jesus I really needed the help, thank you so much Marceles? ❤️ and was seen very quickly as well as they weren’t busy
