My spouse and I just returned from Urgent Care following my husband having a non life threatening reaction to a bug sting or bite while mowing. Staff was prompt and polite in obtaining personal medical history and vitals, including BP, weight, height, oxygenation and temperature. Within 15 minutes of arrival we were seen by physician. She reviewed and confirmed information given by my husband upon our arrival. Medication was ordered and prescription sent to our pharmacy. All staff was polite, prompt and professional. It was our first experience with an Urgent Care and we have no complaints.

I’m so impressed and appreciative of the staff we saw today. We are visiting this area to stay at the Hocking Hills Cabins and it can be daunting to make an urgent care run when you’re away from home. From check in to seeing Rob, these guys were very efficient, attentive, and comforting to my daughter during our visit.

During my spring break, I ended up spraining my ankle. I had read the reviews online and was skeptical but really needed my ankle looked at. Im so glad I didnt let the negative reviews stop me from going. Everyone was so nice. The doctor was so gentle with my foot and wrapping it. I needed crutches and an xray, but I dont have insurance. He went the extra mile to find out how much it would cost for me to get checked out at the hospital so I wasn't sticker shocked when I got there. We don't live in Ohio, but I know if I did live closer that would be my go to place. All in all, it was a great visit considering why I was there and I would use them again if need be.

Best experience I’ve ever had with urgent care! Dr. Kari Arnold and the RN were so friendly and quick. We were in town visiting on vacation and they were able to diagnose my daughter and get her meds called into the Walmart next door. So pleased with how smooth the experience was. Thank you so much!!

I regret coming here and want to warn others not to make the same mistake. I was better off managing my own symptoms at home. Not worth the time, money, or hassle.

My daughter has a disability and was discriminated against and we were forced to leave without her being seen or getting proper medical care, which is her right under the ADA federal law. The doctor told me that if she didn't quiet down she had to leave. Like, what? This doctor was a tall bald gay man, idk his name. Will never go back to this discriminatory place.

I want to give 5 stars because my experience with their female doctor is always wonderful. She’s so great with kids and adults. We love her and this urgent care! However, I saw a male doctor around Christmas who was terribly rude. I needed antibiotics and he asked if I was pregnant. I said, “No, but we are trying. If I could get some that are pregnancy-safe that would be best.” He said to me, “You think you’ll get pregnant in 5 days?” Not the only conversation with him during this encounter that was just rude. However, I did find out I was pregnant 2 days later. Seriously one of the rudest doctors I’ve encountered in my life. I hope they stick to keeping their female doctor and looking into someone new to replace the other.

Absolutely the dirtiest medical facility I've been in. Went for a DOT physical and was told incorrect information by Aklhaheri and was given a 3 month card. Then they did not work with vault medical to get the proper paperwork to them to allow me to drive when my previous card expired. Lost days of work, had to basically do their job of providing long forms to vault. Do your research on occupational health and go to a more professional legit place!

I went because I had food poisoning, it was an hour wait with three other people in the room. I was not feeling good at all but they fixed me up really quick and got the medicine right over to Walmart. I feel much better and the doctors were super kind!

The people were fine.
I got meds, but I'm not sure I was diagnosed correctly.
Not a fan of the digital card reader and video feed, or their check in.
Very dirty everywhere. Even in the exam rooms. The bathroom was really bad. You can tell it hasnt been cleaned properly in a long time. Pics attached.
If I hadn't already paid my copay I would have left when I saw the bathroom. I just didn't touch anything while I was there, if I could help it.
I will drive to Port Clinton from now on.
