My spouse and I just returned from Urgent Care following my husband having a non life threatening reaction to a bug sting or bite while mowing. Staff was prompt and polite in obtaining personal medical history and vitals, including BP, weight, height, oxygenation and temperature. Within 15 minutes of arrival we were seen by physician. She reviewed and confirmed information given by my husband upon our arrival. Medication was ordered and prescription sent to our pharmacy. All staff was polite, prompt and professional. It was our first experience with an Urgent Care and we have no complaints.

very quick and kind. I got the best care and the nurses were very welcoming and friendly. Emma was my nurse and she was very kind to me.

I want to give 5 stars because my experience with their female doctor is always wonderful. She’s so great with kids and adults. We love her and this urgent care! However, I saw a male doctor around Christmas who was terribly rude. I needed antibiotics and he asked if I was pregnant. I said, “No, but we are trying. If I could get some that are pregnancy-safe that would be best.” He said to me, “You think you’ll get pregnant in 5 days?” Not the only conversation with him during this encounter that was just rude. However, I did find out I was pregnant 2 days later. Seriously one of the rudest doctors I’ve encountered in my life. I hope they stick to keeping their female doctor and looking into someone new to replace the other.

Absolutely the dirtiest medical facility I've been in. Went for a DOT physical and was told incorrect information by Aklhaheri and was given a 3 month card. Then they did not work with vault medical to get the proper paperwork to them to allow me to drive when my previous card expired. Lost days of work, had to basically do their job of providing long forms to vault. Do your research on occupational health and go to a more professional legit place!

The people were fine.
I got meds, but I'm not sure I was diagnosed correctly.
Not a fan of the digital card reader and video feed, or their check in.
Very dirty everywhere. Even in the exam rooms. The bathroom was really bad. You can tell it hasnt been cleaned properly in a long time. Pics attached.
If I hadn't already paid my copay I would have left when I saw the bathroom. I just didn't touch anything while I was there, if I could help it.
I will drive to Port Clinton from now on.

Common questions
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
You can walk in for primary care just like urgent care. That said, scheduling ahead guarantees your preferred provider and time slot — call us to set it up.
Will I see the same provider each time?
That’s the goal. When you choose a primary care provider at one of our clinics, we’ll do our best to schedule you with them consistently so they know your history.
Is primary care covered by my insurance?
Yes — most insurance plans cover annual wellness exams and preventive care at 100%. We accept 21 insurance plans. See the full list
Which location offers primary care?
Primary care will be available at one dedicated location — we’re finalizing the details now. Call us at (740) 375-9214 to get on the waitlist and be the first to know when we open.
Can I transfer my records from my current doctor?
Absolutely. We’ll help you request records from your previous provider so your new clinician has your full medical history from day one.
