Our story

Walk In Urgent Care was founded with one goal: make it easy for people in Ohio to get the medical care they need — without the barriers that keep them from getting it. No appointments. No long waits. No surprise bills.

What started as a single clinic has grown to 15 locations across the state, serving over 40,000 patients every year. Along the way, we’ve added telehealth, occupational health, immigration physicals, and primary care — but the philosophy hasn’t changed.

We’re still locally owned. We still treat people like people. And we’re still open 7 days a week — because getting sick doesn’t wait for Monday.

Do we need to set up an account first?
It’s recommended so we can streamline billing and reporting, but we can also process one-off visits. Call us and we’ll figure out the best setup.
Yes. Once your account is set up, employees can walk into any of our 15 Ohio clinics — no scheduling required.
Rapid drug tests return results the same day. Lab-confirmed tests and DOT certificates are typically ready within 1-2 business days.
Yes. We document the injury, provide treatment, and generate the paperwork needed for Ohio BWC claims — all in one visit.
